In recent years, thanks to lines of annilox roll, CTP of photopolymer plate, and technical innovation of high ink concentration, quality of Flexo printing has been dramatically improved.
Conditions of realizing high quality is as follows:
- Realized high lines (800 lines or more of annex roll)
- High concentration of ink. High viscosity of water-based and UV ink
- Thinner plate by CTP. Endless plate by CTS
- seperation work processed by Hybrid Screen, Plate cell
